What we collect, why, and how to have it removed.
Who we are
This site is run by Sydeso Solutions, LLC, a company based in Texas (“Sydeso”, “we”). You can reach us at hello@sydeso.com.
What we collect
We collect only what you give us, plus a little context that comes with it.
- The contact form: your work email, your company name if you add it, and the description of what you want built.
- The platform waitlist: your email address and, if you write one, a note about what you would run through the platform.
- With each form submission: the page you came from, your IP address, the country it maps to, your browser details and the time. We use these to spot spam and to understand where a message came from.
- Email you send us: whatever you put in it.
Our host, Cloudflare, also processes your requests in order to deliver the site, and it keeps standard server logs.
What we do not do
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising trackers and no tracking pixels. It stores nothing in your browser. We do not sell your personal information.
One third party is involved when you load a page. The site uses fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser requests them from Google, which can see your IP address when it does.
How we use it
- To reply to your message and, if it looks like a fit, to set up a call.
- To send one email when the Sydeso platform has news, if you joined the waitlist.
- To keep the site secure and to block spam.
Who can see it
Form submissions are stored with Cloudflare, which hosts the site. Email is handled by Google (Google Workspace). We share your details with no one else, except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep a message or a waitlist entry for as long as it is useful for the conversation or the launch announcement, and then we delete it. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
Your choices
Email hello@sydeso.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it or delete it. To leave the waitlist, reply to any email we send you and we will remove you.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and its date. This version was last updated on October 17, 2026.
